Terms of Service

1. The Service

neylstore.org sells digital goods — primarily software subscriptions, AI-tool access, account credentials, and other purely digital items — directly under our own brand, and also operates a marketplace where independent third-party sellers list and sell their own digital items. All purchases are for digital, immediately-delivered goods unless explicitly marked otherwise.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the security of the credentials you use to sign in (Telegram or e-mail one-time codes).
• You may not register multiple accounts to abuse promotions, evade bans, or split orders that should be a single order.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our payment processor's rules.

3. Pricing, currency, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the storefront indicates another currency. At checkout you may be charged in your local currency using the exchange rate from our payment processor. You are responsible for any tax obligations that apply to you under your local law; we will provide receipts when required.

4. Payments

• Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By paying, you also accept the Stripe Services Agreement (https://stripe.com/legal/ssa).
• Cryptocurrency payments (e.g. Litecoin) are processed by our payment infrastructure. The order is considered paid only after the required number of confirmations on-chain.
• We never store full card numbers or CVV. We store only the masked descriptors returned by Stripe for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
• Chargebacks and disputes initiated through your card issuer or bank are handled in cooperation with Stripe; abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5. Delivery of digital goods

Digital goods are delivered immediately after payment confirmation, either automatically (instant unlock) or by the seller through the order chat. Because the goods are digital and consumable on receipt, by placing an order you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery starts, where local law allows that waiver.

6. Refunds

• If a digital item we sold directly is non-functional, was not delivered, or was materially different from the listing, you are entitled to a free replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, a full refund.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery through the order page or by contacting support.
• On marketplace orders, the seller is the primary refunder. If a seller refuses a refund where these Terms or applicable law require one, you can escalate to neylstore.org support and we will mediate.
• For card refunds, funds are returned to the original card via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear. For crypto orders, refunds are returned to the originating wallet address.

7. Marketplace rules (third-party sellers)

On the marketplace, neylstore.org acts as a facilitator: we host listings, route payments, and provide chat and dispute tools. The legal seller of record for marketplace items is the independent seller. Sellers commit to: (i) listing only goods they have the right to sell; (ii) honoring their listings; (iii) issuing refunds when due. Buyers commit to: (i) not abusing chargebacks; (ii) not reselling delivered credentials in violation of the underlying provider's terms; (iii) treating sellers respectfully. neylstore.org charges sellers a percentage commission plus a fixed per-transaction fee disclosed in the seller dashboard.

8. Prohibited use

• No use of the Service for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose.
• No listing or purchase of stolen accounts, hacked credentials, malware, CSAM, drugs, weapons, or any content prohibited by applicable law or by our payment processor.
• No automated scraping, account abuse, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or doxxing of other users or sellers.

9. Intellectual property

The neylstore.org name, branding, code, and site content are owned by the operator. Sellers retain ownership of the listings they create. By posting a listing or message you grant neylstore.org a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Third-party-sold items on the marketplace are sold by their respective sellers, not by us.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neylstore.org's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by our payment processor or by law. Sections that by their nature survive termination (e.g. refunds for completed orders, limitations of liability) remain in force.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You may also have rights under your local consumer-protection law, which these Terms do not limit. Disputes are first to be resolved informally by writing to support; if unresolved within 30 days, either party may bring proceedings before the competent courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We update the "Last updated" date at the top and announce material changes in our Telegram channel. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
